When you e-mail me be sure to let me know the following:
1) Size of structure you want and if it is to have four main walls or be some other shape.
2) Basic package or dry in package or some variation of these.
3) Where the package will be shipped to.
4) Whether you want fully scribed or chink style walls.
5) Any special features you would like us to do.
6) Size of the loft.
Be sure to leave me an e-mail address or a phone number so I can get you the info you want, and please allow a couple of days for me to get back to you. It takes me that long to get everything figured out so that I can give you the best price I can. One thing that is very important to keep in mind is that we are ususually booked up for quite a while in advance. If you are serious about a log home or cabin, don't wait until the last minute before contacting us. We go out of our way to make our customers happy, but we do need some notice before we can get a project under way. Also, we can lock in a project price but not the schedule (like layaway) if you want to get your home at todays prices, but don't need it built until you are ready for it. This has greatly helped some of my customers out. One customer locked in his price on a cabin a couple of years ago and saved himself a lot of money. Unfortunately, as with any business, costs are always going up. Contact us and we will explain your options more clearly.
